Kryalos Sgr has finalised, on behalf of Fondo Urania, the acquisition of the Poseidon shopping centre, a retail asset located in Carini (Palermo). Inaugurated in 2010, it covers a total area of approximately 26,000 sqm of gross floor area and hosts over 75 commercial units, including a Decathlon and a food anchor represented by the Decò hypermarket of approximately 7,200 sqm.
