Torre Sgr Spa - in the interest of the fund "Opportunità Italia" listed on the Miv segment of the Italian Stock Exchange - stipulated, on 10 July, with Innovative Solutions Srl, as user party, and Unicredit Leasing Spa, as buyer/grantor party, the definitive sale and purchase agreement for the sale of a retail asset in the commercial heart of Bologna, between Via Toschi-Musei-Marchesena-Clavature, owned by the Fund for a value of EUR 30 million.

"With the finalisation of this transaction," explains Diego Freddi, managing director and general manager of Torre Sgr, "Torre Sgr's commitment to the process of divesting the Fund's real estate assets in the best interest of the participants continues, also in implementation of the objectives represented to the Bank of Italy when submitting the application to extend the duration of the Fund's grace period until 31 December 2025.
