The public prosecutor's office has given a positive opinion on the revocation of house arrest for former Liguria Region President Giovanni Toti. Preliminary hearing judge Paola Faggioni could decide between tomorrow and Friday. After the resignation, for the investigators, there would no longer be a risk of reiteration of the crime. The re-examination had already claimed that the risk of evidential pollution had disappeared.

For the entrepreneur Aldo Spinelli, the investigators are keeping the utmost reserve, but the opinion could be negative. Weighing on his position may have been the words of the re-examination: 'The existence, against Spinelli, of a method that has always been adopted by the suspect in the pursuit of the economic-entrepreneurial interests of the companies that make up the "group" he has formed is evident'. The entrepreneur, again the words of the re-examination, 'has then expressly sustained that he has always, in the care of his own entrepreneurial interests, contacted the politicians on duty in relation to administrative activities that were of particular interest to the companies of his entrepreneurial group'.
