AI training for 1,300 professionals

From code writing to AI-native development, 40 hours of live training on artificial intelligence for developers, product managers and quality assurance of a leading European tech company. This, in a nutshell, is the training project that Boolean, the AI Tech Academy that has been accompanying professionals and companies in the development of tech skills since 2018, is realising for TeamSystem: an advanced upskilling programme on generative and agentic Artificial Intelligence, designed to accompany the evolution of the skills of the Product & Technology team of the international tech & AI company.

The training programme created by Boolean is aimed at 1,300 professionals - including software developers, product managers, designers and quality assurance functions - working in the various TeamSystem Group locations. The aim of the course is to integrate AI into the software development, design and governance processes through 40 hours of live training, delivered in Italian and English and articulated on different levels of depth. In terms of scale and level of specialisation, with the involvement of the entire Product & Technology team, the initiative is one of the most relevant corporate upskilling specialised interventions on AI carried out in Europe. At the core of the programme is a highly practical approach, built on real cases, hands-on activities and application challenges; a model that starts from people to accompany the AI-native transformation of companies, developing internal competencies capable of having a concrete impact on processes, products and competitiveness.

The training paths in the programme are centred around five sets of technical skills that TeamSystem considers indispensable for the future of the software market, and combine technical content, operational skills and cross-cutting reflections on the conscious use of AI. The technical tracks delve into best practices for coding agents and development support tools, including Claude Code and Copilot, the integration of AI in the software engineering cycle - from testing to CI/CD to refactoring - and the development of solutions based on agents, tools, MCPs and RAGs. Alongside these tracks, there will be sessions dedicated to non-strictly technical profiles, with a focus on the structured use of tools, prompt engineering basics and no-code automations, as well as cross-cutting content on governance, impact metrics and decision-making frameworks.
