Tucano Urbano and In&motion think about the safety of motorcyclists: the Airscud Flex airbag waistcoat arrives

Born from the collaboration between Tucano Urbano and In&motion Airscud Flex, the new airbag waistcoat is designed to ensure maximum protection for the motorcyclist in the event of a fall. Made of two high tenacity fabrics, namely polyester mesh on the chest and back and mechanical stretch polyester on the hips and shoulders, it ensures lightness, comfort and a perfect fit in any configuration.
Thanks to its CE Class C certification (oversuit), you can wear it as you see fit and also according to the season: under or over any motorbike jacket or over your outfit. But also under your rucksack (which must have a maximum weight of 8 kg). The functioning of Airscud Flex is based on the integration of several algorithms and no less than 7 sensors (3 accelerometers, 3 gyroscopes and 1 gps) that optimise the functioning of Airscud Flex according to the conditions of use: Street for those who use their vehicle every day, Adventure for those who prefer off-road routes and Track for those who like to have fun on the track. In the event of an accident in less than 60 milliseconds, the airbag inflates to protect vital areas such as the chest, abdomen, neck and spine.

Through the My In&box app, one can choose the subscription plan that best suits one's needs. It starts at 10 euros per month if one chooses the annual plan, and rises to 12 euros per month (suspendable for a maximum of four months where the cost drops further to 4 euros per month) if one opts for the monthly plan. The Liberty Rider service is also integrated into the subscription, which, in the event of an accident, geolocates the user and automatically calls for help directly from the My In&box app.Airscud Flex, also available in the 'Lady' version, is on sale at a price of 300 euros.
