UCapital24, profits grow: AI at the heart of the strategy

UCapital24 S.p.A., the Italian tech-hub listed on Euronext Growth Milan in Italia, files a 2025 in growth, marking the definitive transition from innovative start-up to global digital ecosystem for the financial elite. The 2025 financial year closes with a Value of Production at EUR 2.6 million, up +31% compared to 2024, an Ebitda at EUR 900 thousand (+126%) and a return to profit (around EUR 40 thousand, reversing the previous year's loss), while Shareholders' Equity rises to EUR 4.3 million, thanks to the support of the holding company UCapital Ltd and the successful capital increase.

At the heart of the 2026 strategy is the ucapital.com platform, an ecosystem that has already attracted more than 1 million users in the beta version and aims at 5 million within the next 24 months, through a diversified offering a Proprietary AI, with advanced algorithms for market analysis, M&A deal valuation and real-time news; a Global Media system, with a multilingual newspaper and a TV channel that, from Q1 2026, will broadcast directly from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange; an M&A Marketplace, i.e. a digital bridge between supply and demand for venture capital and fine real estate; and finally a bridge to Wall Street, through Pre-IPO and the "Sharks" Club.

UCapital24 is also preparing to launch a new division dedicated to international real estate in 2026. The aim is to replicate the path of the M&A marketplace in luxury real estate and commercial facilities in the world's major capitals.
