Unicredit, Orcel: 'We may withdraw our offer for Banco Bpm'

"We have done and continue to do everything, but if we do not succeed, as is likely, we will withdraw" from the bid for Banco Bpm. Should the institution in Piazza Gae Aulenti fail to close M&A, 'UniCredit will continue to execute its strategy with discipline and outperform the sector.
