UniCredit: postpones quarterly results to 8 November to await Commerzbank’s announcement

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - The UniCredit board meeting to approve the third-quarter 2026 results has been postponed to 8 November from the previously scheduled date of 21 October. The presentation of the results to the market will therefore take place on 9 November rather than 22 October. The postponement, according to reports, was necessitated by the ongoing consolidation process involving Commerzbank, which is due to publish its quarterly results on 5 November.
