Internships for university students at the Presidency of the Republic

There is time until 16 June to apply online (http://tirocinicrui.app). The 22 curricular traineeships at the Quirinale Palace are divided into two cycles (end of September-end of November 2026; November 2026-February 2027), while the 6 traineeships at the Castelporziano Estate will take place over a single period (September-November 2026).

Students from the 45 Italian universities participating in the programme who are enrolled in the three-year, five-year or single-cycle degree courses indicated in the selection notice may apply. Applicants must have obtained at least 120 CFU, in the case of three-year and single-cycle degrees, or at least 18 CFU, in the case of master's degrees. They must also demonstrate knowledge of the English language at least at B1 level.

The internships have a total duration of 150 hours. During the activities, students will deepen their scientific knowledge by alternating study and research, and also develop skills in science communication and dissemination.

A lump-sum expense reimbursement of EUR 600 is provided for the traineeship.

The initiative is part of the Programme between the CRUI Foundation and the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic.
