Veneta Prefabbricati, new factory in Rosolina
Grigolin Group company invests EUR 3 million to increase production capacity
Key points
A new production plant at the Rosolina site, for an investment of around €3 million, is part of a development strategy and aims to increase production capacity.
The new site
.The work is underway, and Veneta Prefabbricati (Grigolin Group) - founded in 1982 by the Bellan family and now one of the leading operators in the sector in northern Italy, specialising in the production of cement products for the building industry - is thus accelerating its growth path.
The new plant - built in synergy with other Grigolin Group companies, including TesiSystem for the design and construction of the prefabricated building and Superbeton for the works - will significantly expand the storage area and increase the production lines from five to seven, significantly increasing operational efficiency.
The Choices
."The expansion of the plant is not just an industrial investment, but a strategic choice to strengthen our position in a market that remains highly fragmented," says Roberto Grigolin, who heads the Grigolin Group together with his brothers Renato and Maurizio. "Our ambition is to become the first reference in Italy in the sector. Increasing our capacity allows us to guarantee fast deliveries, maintain high quality standards and respond with greater flexibility to customer needs, even in the most distant geographical areas. In fact, the new plant will not only strengthen production efficiency, but will also be an opportunity to reorganise and expand the storage area, improving flow management and the punctuality of deliveries. Thanks to the Group's structure, we can therefore store products throughout Northern Italy and soon also in other areas of the country, such as the Centre and the South, improving territorial coverage and reducing logistical costs thanks to the synergies between our companies".
L’azienda
Veneta Prefabbricati specialises in the production of manholes, extensions, lighting plinths and blocks, which account for around 80% of turnover. The company is characterised by a wide range of products, an efficient distribution model through building dealers and an agent network shared with other Group companies. Production is strongly rooted in the North-East, but already serves markets such as Emilia Romagna, Lombardy, Piedmont and Tuscany, with prospects for expansion throughout the country. The company is positioned at the top end of the market in terms of quality and service: the synergy with the other companies in the Group - in particular Superbeton and ILCEV - allows it to offer customers advanced logistical support, production flexibility and customer service that is one of its main distinguishing features.
