Luigi Gasperin, the Italian citizen whose release to Venezuela was announced a short while ago by Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, is 'tried but in stable condition'. Meanwhile, the US announced the seizure of another Venezuelan-linked oil tanker in the Caribbean. It is the sixth such ship intercepted by the US in recent weeks.
