Start of technical partnership between Alpinestars and Rina Group
A technical collaboration has been set up between Alpinestars, a specialist in the production of technical clothing and advanced protective equipment for motorcycling and motorsport, and the Rina Group, a multinational engineering consulting, inspection and certification company. The partnership is aimed at promoting innovation, safety and performance in technology-intensive sectors.
The aim is to combine the decades of experience in developing cutting-edge protection solutions of Alpinestars (founded in 1963 in Asolo) with the multidisciplinary expertise of Rina to raise standards in the development and testing of high-performance products.
Together, explains a note, Alpinestars and Rina will work to optimise product validation processes, explore new materials and technologies, and ensure compliance with international standards. The partnership, the note continues, 'not only reinforces Alpinestars' commitment to excellence, but also demonstrates the value of interdisciplinary collaboration as a driver of concrete innovation'.
