These resources will be allocated annually in the following way: a) 70% on the basis of the regional school population; b) 10% on the basis of the three-year average of pupils with an unfavourable socio-economic-cultural background; c) 10% on the basis of the three-year average of pupils with fragile learning conditions; and d) 10% on the basis of the three-year average of school drop-outs. Monitoring by MIM is envisaged.
