Key points
To run for political office? 'If they asked me to, I wouldn't mind, maybe with the PD, but I don't think they will ask me, who knows. I would move to Rome, there is a good climate and good food, and as content I would like to carry on the solidarity activities of the Third Sector'. A guest on Rai Radio1, at Un Giorno da Pecora, the virologist and Health Director Irccs Ospedale Galeazzi in Milan Fabrizio Pregliasco admitted that he does not rule out a priori an experience in politics.
Recently, with reference to the Ebola epidemic in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), he clarified: 'it is a signal that the world cannot afford to ignore. We are not facing a global pandemic scenario like Covid, because Ebola has very different and less efficient modes of transmission, but the risk of African regional expansion is concrete and serious and it is irresponsible to underestimate the problem for Europe and Italia'.
