Generazione Vincente has employed 3,500 workers of foreign origin in Italy, or 27% of the total number of people trained and employed in 2025. These are welders, carpenters, and joiners that Italian companies cannot find. Meanwhile, the same Neapolitan employment agency has also launched a new division, based in Milan, whose mission is to search for young talent with higher profiles. In other words, it will aim to improve the dialogue between companies and young people in order to curb the brain drain.
The Employment Agency
The labour administration company was founded in Naples in 1998. Today it has 35 branches in Italia. In 2025 it closed a group balance of 193 million with a workforce of 200 employees. In 2025 it employed a total of 13,000 people, of whom 3,500 were foreigners from 82 different countries.
Foreign workers
Generazione Vincente's activities abroad have grown significantly since the subsidiary Generazione Senza Frontiere was created. In the 2024-2025 period, among others, an important project was carried out with Sri Lanka: about 60 young people were first trained in their country (with a 100-hour course that also included language teaching) and then arrived in Italia with a work contract in their pocket and accommodation ensured. Similar initiatives are underway with other countries, such as Belarus, Bolivia, Kosovo, Iran and Ghana. And again, Morocco, Pakistan, Romania and Bangladesh, the first country of origin in terms of the number of workers placed there. In many cases, Generation Without Borders acts in partnership with the Don Bosco Institute, an accredited training centre. The young people trained have been placed 44% in companies in the Centre-South and 56% in the North.
"In an increasingly dynamic and interconnected labour market, inclusion is no longer just an ethical value, but a real competitive factor. In temporary employment, enhancing cultural, generational and professional diversity means offering more effective responses to the needs of companies and the social context. In this perspective, inclusion represents not only a social responsibility, but also a strategic investment _ says Alfredo Amoroso, CEO of Generazione Vincente _ Moreover, in Italia companies have great difficulty in finding the profiles they need. The demographic decline is now a reality that has repercussions in the world of work'.
Talent Division
A new division has recently been set up to facilitate the meeting between Italian companies and young talent. "Even in this case there is an asymmetry _ Amoroso observes _ Young people often do not know and do not adequately assess the employment opportunities in Italian companies, especially in medium-sized ones. The latter, even in the South, are looking for well-trained young people. Today they are more willing than in the past to turn to employment agencies for selections of high profiles'.
