Yard Reaas debuts abroad with the acquisition of VSA Property in France

Yard Reaas takes its first step outside Italy and acquires 100% of VSA Property Group, an independent French company specialising in property management. The deal marks the group's entry into one of Europe's key real estate markets and represents the first international acquisition since the platform's inception backed by the pan-European fund AnaCap.

Founded in Lyon in 2014, VSA Property operates nationwide with around 500 active mandates and 4 million square metres under management. The company has 80 employees and revenues of around €11 million, with a strong specialisation in the management of large property complexes, high-rise buildings and logistics platforms. After the transaction, partners Antoine Dehan and Vincent Decamps remain at the helm of the group and will continue to coordinate development in France.

With the acquisition of VSA, Yard Reaas closes 2025 with an aggregate turnover of approximately EUR 80 million and starts a new phase of its growth path. As of 1 January 2026, the group will adopt the new name RYZE Group, a rebranding that accompanies international expansion and aims to strengthen the European positioning of the real estate services platform.

'Entering the French market represents a decisive step towards exporting our integrated skills model across borders,' commented CEO Emanuele Bellani, emphasising that France is only the first milestone in an international development strategy.

The deal is part of an accelerated growth path that in recent years has seen Yard Reaas strengthen its operating verticals through several acquisitions in engineering, project management, technical advisory and property valuation, with the aim of building a European real estate services platform.
