Sleeping well is possible
Sleep well and live better. It sounds like a slogan but, in reality, it expresses a truth well known to the millions of Italians who suffer from sleep-related problems. Problems that can affect the quality of life from at least two points of view. On the one hand, in fact, poor sleep quality weighs on the ability to cope with daily life in the best possible way. On the other, it can also create significant cardiovascular and neurological problems. And anyone who has faced a night without being able to get to sleep or a sunrise after waking up too early realises how necessary it is to remedy sleep problems - be they caused by stress, anxiety or other reasons - in order to lead a better life. As the title of this introduction suggests.
The guide Dormire bene si può (Sleeping Well You Can) aims to accompany the reader with a series of hints and tips that come, moreover, on World Sleep Day, 13 March 2026. Firstly, the advice comes in the form of a series of articles by experts, which examine aspects ranging from apnoea to how to recognise insomnia, from adolescent complaints to those of shift workers related to night work. This is followed by 24 questions and 24 answers full of operative indications for dealing with the sleep problem.
