Volodymyr Zelensky let it be known via X that he had "spoken with the director of theInternational Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva, about the possibilities of using Russian frozen assets for the benefit of Ukraine and all possible ways of cooperation, including new programmes to support our country's resilience in the coming years". And, after Copenhagen and Oslo airports were reopened following the closure triggered by drone sightings in the airspace of the two countries, Zelensky points out that in the talks "special attention was paid to Russia's violations of Nato member countries' airspace, including the one on 22 September in Copenhagen".
