The FIGC Federal Prosecutor, following reports from the Co.Vi.So.C., has referred Brescia playing in Serie B as well as their respective legal representatives and managers to the National Disciplinary Section of the Federal Tribunal for a series of administrative violations. The president Massimo Cellino and the managing director Edoardo Cellino have been referred for not having duly fulfilled their payment obligations. The club has been referred for direct responsibility "for the disciplinary violations ascribed to its pro-tempore legal representatives as well as for its own responsibility".
