Audi in the spotlight at the Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs Conference

 Audi took part in the Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs Conference,  held in Rapollo on 5 and 6 June, where it was possible to compare visions, skills and new generations of entrepreneurs. During the event, Vincenzo Vavalà, sales director of Audi Italia, shared the vision of the four-ringed brand, reiterating with determination Audi's commitment to electrification, supported by a long-term industrial vision and unprecedented investments, not only for the development and technological renewal of the portfolio, but also with a view to decarbonising the production cycle through the application of the principles of the circular economy. An important commitment to future generations to make them protagonists of change thanks to initiatives that combine both training and innovation, as well as social responsibility for future choices in solidarity.     

Examples of this are the internships and apprenticeships that welcome hundreds of students to the Audi plants each year, with structured programmes and practical training. In addition, as part of Audi's sporting commitment in the Formula 1 championship, the Brand F1 Academy programme dedicated to young female motorsport talents is active. On a national level, projects aimed at the new generations are developed, such as the partnership with the innovation hub H-FARM to promote digital culture and entrepreneurship, or the recent Origin Student Program during Milan Design Week, which included a series of meetings and workshops with young designers and students to discuss innovation and creativity. Audi has thus confirmed its role as a protagonist in the transformation of future mobility that is increasingly efficient and oriented towards the needs of people and businesses, with a concrete commitment to innovation, sustainability and the competitiveness of the European industrial system.   

The seamless agreement from 2019 to today with the General Confederation of Italian Industry, the main national organisation representing manufacturing and service companies, fits into this scenario. In addition to competitive advantages and the breadth of the technological offering, in fact, the success of the Audi range is linked to its ability to respond promptly to the emerging needs of customers, particularly business customers, who by 2026 will account for 65% of the Audi brand's registered sales. Thanks to the agreement dedicated to Confindustria members, associated companies can opt for a wide range of models, emblems of Audi's technological flexibility, offered in petrol, diesel, mild-hybrid, plug-in and full electric configurations.   

The collaboration between Audi and Confindustria extends to national association events at which the four-ring manufacturer participates through thematic interventions. After the Rapallo conference, the main Confindustria events that will see Audi's presence include the Piccola Industria Forum scheduled for 12-13 November in Rome. No less important are the Centro Studi Confindustria (CSC) seminars scheduled for October and November. The Young Entrepreneurs Conference in Capri, on 9-10 October, will be followed by the Education & Open Innovation Forum, a real strategic dialogue at national level for the enhancement of human capital and technological training to be held on 22-23 October in Taormina;
