Activation of an electronic voucher, which will give access to a kind of discount on the invoice. Use of the PagoPa platform, modelled on what has been done in the past with cashback. And a revision of the products that will be eligible for the facilitation, abandoning the old reference toclass B.
The law converting the bills decree has been approved and is on its way to the official gazette. It includes a large package of changes to the domestic appliances bonus (worth a total of 50 million), which can now finally take off. Thus begins the countdown to the activation of the measure. It is now only a few weeks away.
Italian products
.The news stems from the fact that the first version of the subsidy, launched by the Budget Law 2025, would have brought some application problems, starting precisely with the exclusion of Italian products. The manoeuvre, in fact, spoke of household appliances in the 'new energy class B, produced in the territory of the European Union'.
Two stakes that would, in fact, have cut out our productions. This is why the definition has been replaced, referring to a subsequent ministerial decree. The subsidised household appliances, however, must be 'produced in a plant located within the territory of the European Union'. Disused household appliances, on the other hand, will have to be disposed of.
The click day
.Another change concerns the way the bonus is administered. The Budget Law made reference to the reservation of resources, raising fears of a click day to grab the facilitation. An alternative that had triggered protests from the sector interested in the measure. The Bollette decree, then, points to a different model.
