Cassa del notariato, balance sheet closes with net assets of 1.9 billion
The pension balance improved, amounting to approximately EUR 110 million, 4.9% more than the previous year
The Cassa del notariato approved the final balance sheet with a net worth of 1.935 billion, a asset balance of 2.012 billion, a social security balance of nearly 110 million and an operating surplus of 87.3 million, 59% more than the previous year. Financial management (income and expenses) contributes to the final economic result with a positive balance of 20.2 million, compared to 12.2 million in 2024.
The social security balance
Moreover, the Fund confirms its structural balance thanks to a positive pension balance of just under 110 million euros (+ 4.92%), thanks also to an increase in current contribution flows of more than 16 million euros; in more detail, contribution receipts amount to 334.228 million while pensions paid out amount to 225.3 million against 2,677 pensioners.
The Final Balance Sheet 2025, a clear snapshot of a healthy Cassa, emphasises the institution's president Patrizia Sara Siciliano, 'has been able to combine yield and security of investments, in a difficult and volatile economic context'.
'The positive trend of our management,' continued President Siciliano, 'must however make us reflect on some data that emerge and which mirror the reality in which we live. The lengthening of life on the one hand, and the demographic winter on the other, force us to make careful and far-sighted choices if we want to guarantee a future for all our members, in the protection of that generational pact and solidarity that has characterised our actions so far. We have many projects that we have shared with the Assembly members, opening a transparent and constructive discussion and debate. Now on with support for the weak and with our idea of a pro-work and inclusive welfare".
Integrated Welfare
The Cassa del Notariato intends to invest in a pro-workplace welfare that is more responsive to the needs of its 5,238 members, with a particular focus on the weaker groups, especially the young notaries. To do so, he would like to expand some actions that are already in place such as the supplementary allowance, the practice opening contribution and the parenting contribution.
