The judges of the First Criminal Section of the Court of Cassation have 'rejected the appeal brought by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Appeal of Milan against the order of 9 April 2025, with which the Milan Court of Supervision granted the alternative measure of semi-freedom to Alberto Stasi, convicted for the murder of Chiara Poggi in Garlasco on 13 August 2007'.
