Tim does not wait, immediately convenes a board meeting and, taking note of the investigation by the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office into an alleged bribery among private individuals that led to a search of its purchasing manager Simone De Rose, appoints Giampaolo Leone as the group's Procurement & Logistics Manager.
The Story
The financiers of the Rome Provincial Command, on the orders of the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office, executed a decree of local and home search and simultaneous seizure against Simone De Rose - an executive and attorney at Tim reporting directly to the CEO Pietro Labriola - and another person, an attorney at the company Ntt Data Italia, for the hypothesis of bribery among private individuals.

The Tim company - which is an injured party in the affair and is cooperating with the justice system - confirmed in a press release that today morning the Guardia di Finanza executed a search warrant at the office of one of its executives for the hypothesis of corruption between private individuals.
The company,' the note emphasises, 'will also cooperate with the investigators in order to reconstruct possible liabilities to the detriment of the group.
Tim stock sinks on the stock market
After the news that the Guardia di Finanza had searched the office of an executive of the telephone group for the hypothesis of bribery among private individuals, Tim's share price on the Italian Stock Exchange dropped more than 3%.
