Crans-Montana: Jessica Moretti seeks compensation for injuries sustained in the fire
The owner of the Constellation has initiated an insurance claim to compensate for the loss of earnings resulting from the physical injuries sustained in the New Year’s Eve fire, having received the go-ahead from the public prosecutor’s office
Jessica Moretti, the owner of the Constellation, could be entitled to a daily allowance for the ‘loss of earnings caused by damage to her health’ resulting from the New Year’s Eve fire at her disco bar in Crans-Montana.
Under Swiss law on accidents at work, the case is currently being examined by Zurich Insurance, which, in a letter included in the investigation file, requested authorisation from the Valais Cantonal Public Prosecutor’s Office for a possible payment, which was granted.
