Credem, Stefano Morellini appointed General Manager

Today, the Credem board of directors, chaired by Lucio Igino Zanon di Valgiurata, appointed Stefano Morellini, the bank's former co-general manager, as General Manager.

Stefano Morellini takes over from Angelo Campani, who passed away prematurely in recent days.

He joined the CREDEM Group in 1990, becoming an executive in 1999 and Deputy General Manager in 2017. Co-General Manager since February 2023, he has held, among others, the positions of Head of the Corporate Business Unit, Head of Credit Services and, most recently, Head of Commercial Banking Business Unit.

He also holds numerous and long-term positions in the Administrative Bodies of the Group Companies as Director, among other Companies, of Credemleasing S.p.A., Credemfactor S.p.A., Avvera S.p.A., Credemvita S.p.A., Credemassicurazioni S.p.A., Credem-Euromobiliare Private Banking S.p.A., Credem Private Equity SGR S.p.A.
