A new step towards the activation of the social card 2025 edition. On 10 September 2025 at 2.00 p.m., on the Inps platform dedicated to municipalities, the Inps opened the service in which the lists of beneficiaries for the 'Carta Dedicata a te' grant for 2025 are entered. This was announced by the same institute (message 2623 of 9 September), in which it also recalled that by 2.00 p.m. on 9 October 2025, the municipalities 'must consolidate, without fail, the lists of beneficiaries'.
The heads of the Inps territorial structures, the document highlights, 'will take care to give top priority to the requests for authorisation submitted by municipalities for access to the web application, providing the necessary technical support to allow municipal operators to complete the activities on schedule. The support, introduced by the Meloni government a couple of years ago, is intended for the purchase of basic foodstuffs by households in economic difficulty.
How to access the section of the Inps website
Municipalities can access the web application through the institutional site www.inps.it, in the 'Access to services "l'Inps e i Comuni"' thematic area. Municipal operators can access after having specifically enabled the 'Carta dedicato a te' service. Once they have accessed the web application, from the home page of the institutional site, the same operators can view the lists of selected and selectable beneficiaries identified among those who meet the requirements and according to the criteria set forth in the reference legislation.
In particular, the lists include, in descending order of priority: a) households with no less than three members, at least one of whom was born before 31 December 2011, with priority for households with the lowest Isee indicator; b) households with no less than three members, at least one of whom was born before 31 December 2007, with priority for households with the lowest Isee indicator; c) households with no less than three members, with priority for households with the lowest Isee indicator.
By 9 October, the municipalities must consolidate these lists.
