Digital legal advice, Easy Legal launches the Lexy platform

Easy Legal, a legal-tech company of the Vittoria Servizi ecosystem (a company of the Vittoria Assicurazioni Group) soon to re-enter the corporate partnership with the Mapfre Group, presented Lexy, a digital platform for individuals and businesses. Lexy creates direct contact with a multidisciplinary law firm. Available from smartphones, PCs and laptops via various communication channels such as videoconferencing, telephone or messaging such as Whatsapp and live chat, the service aims to revolutionise the way people access legal advice through 'technology', 'speed' and 'simplicity'.

Lexy,' the promoters explained, 'is designed and realised for both SMEs and large organisations that want to integrate legal services into corporate welfare or as a new service to enrich their proposition towards their end customers, with a scalable, effective offer in line with the needs of new business models.

Lexy for Welfare, for example, is the portal through which small and medium-sized enterprises can offer quality legal advice to their employees at favourable conditions. Lexy for You and Lexy for Business, on the other hand, allow any citizen or company to get quick and reliable answers on everyday legal issues.

Lexy joins the other two products in Easy Legal's proposal: Twiny, intended for law firms, thanks to the adoption of artificial intelligence, allows the automation of the drafting of acts concerning the credit recovery chain, while Odit Manager, is the software for the management of inspections aimed at the Insurance Intermediaries network.
