Emirates is looking for young people to hire in Sorrento
New stage of the airline's recruiting programme, which with stops in various Italian cities selects aspiring flight attendants

Emirates, the world's largest international airline, is looking for on-board personnel in Italy. The next appointment is scheduled to take place in Sorrento, on 17 September, at the Hilton Sorrento Palace (9:00 am). This meeting is part of an extensive programme of the airline, with several appointments in Italian cities that will continue throughout the year.
The recruitment campaign for flight attendants, currently underway in Italy, aims to implement a wide-ranging and global recruitment plan, aimed at placing as many as 17,300 new professionals in 350 different positions in the aviation sector (so not just cabin crew) by the end of the year. In 2024, Emirates' recruitment team hosted events and days dedicated to finding cabin crew in more than 460 cities across six continents, with the aim of increasing the number of current cabin crew members by a further 25 per cent.
Today there are more than 24,500 cabin crew members at Emirates, including more than 860 Italians. The search for new cabin crew comes at a very important stage, coinciding with the refurbishment of the A380s with the introduction of the new Premium Economy class of flight, the delivery of the new fleet of Airbus A350 and Boeing 777-X.
The search for new personnel is especially designed for those who will soon be entering the world of work or for those who have recently taken their first steps in the sector.
