Fedez-Ferragni, signed separation agreement and simultaneous divorce

"After lengthy negotiations, Chiara Ferragni and Fedez are signing the separation agreement and contextual divorce". This was announced by lawyer Pompilia Rossi with Alessandro Simeone and Andrea Pietrolucci for him and lawyer Daniela Missaglia for her. "We will soon file the separation agreement that will be homologated by the Court of Milan, which after six months will pronounce the divorce, bringing down the curtain on the affairs of one of the most beloved and talked-about couples of recent years," reads a note. 'Leone and Vittoria,' the agreement stipulates, 'will stay with mum and dad for approximately the same periods, during which each parent will provide for their maintenance. Fedez, as he himself had requested, will also pay, directly and entirely, for the children's schools, medical expenses and sports activities'.
The rapper, therefore, according to the agreement reached, will not have to pay any child support to the influencer, an issue that, by the way, was never really on the table. The parents will take care of their children's maintenance expenses during the periods when they are with them, periods that are essentially equal. On the other hand, as far as the property and corporate front of the two is concerned, these aspects were already divided and, therefore, are not part of the separation agreement. An agreement that, once approved by the Court of Milan, will lead to the divorce decree after six months.
It had already been reported in recent weeks that the now ex-Ferragnez were aiming for a peaceful farewell, separating by mutual consent. And sources close to the rapper had already let it be known that the children would be entrusted to both parents with 'almost equal attendance with each of them and, consequently, the ordinary daily expenses will be met by Ferragni and Fedez on the days when the children will be with one or the other, while the relevant school expenses, as well as health and sports expenses will be borne exclusively and totally by Fedez on his explicit wish'.
