The prosecutors then received a complaint from the legal team of the Global Sumud Flotilla, alleging the crime of kidnapping. Based on what happened and the investigations that will be carried out, the charges could also include attempted murder and sexual assault. As part of the mission last autumn, the prosecutors asked for an international letter rogatory to be forwarded to the Israeli authorities.
