Friends and Enemies : Marianna Aprile special guest of the first episode of the second year

The Radio24 programme hosted by the deputy editor of Sole 24 Ore Daniele Bellasio is back. Politics, school, citizenship and sport are the topics at the centre. Guests also include Claudio Giunta, Elena Pero and Nino Ponte. With a surprise soundtrack.

Saturday 7 September sees the start of the second season of 'Friends and foes, the news of the week', the Radio 24 programme on air every Saturday from 8.30 to 10am: the facts of the week, those with the longest track record, narrated by friends and foes.

Throughout the episode, Marianna Aprile, journalist, writer, radio and TV presenter, will be a guest.

In the first part of the programme, Bellasio and Aprile review the most important political events of recent weeks: from the United States to Germany, via France and Italy with the recent Sangiuliano case.

Then it will be time to talk about school and the novelties that this year students will find in the classroom, including the teaching of Civic Education and the ban on the use of mobile phones in primary schools. We will discuss this with Claudio Giunta , lecturer in Italian Literature at the University of Trento, author of several books, including some school manuals.

A few days after the Ius Scholae controversy, 'Friends and Enemies' will then interview Nino Ponte, the mayor of Montorio Nel Frentani, a small municipality in the province of Campobasso grappling with hundreds of passport applications from as many citizens living abroad who, in order to obtain the document, resort to the Ius Sanguinis principle, a rule in force in Italy.
