In Munich, Chinese electronics manufacturer Xiaomi is accelerating, integrating Ai everywhere and churning out dozens of new products. At the centre of the presentation is its new flagship range: ''Xiaomi 15T Series'', which includes ''Xiaomi 15T'' and ''Xiaomi 15T Pro''. This launch marks a definite evolution of Xiaomi's T Series with its powerful camera and some new features, such as the ability to communicate with each other without a cellular network or Wi-Fi. Also announced are seven new products that expand its AIoT range in global markets: from the smart watch to earphones to cleaning robots. But let's go in order and start with smartphones.

How has the Xiaomi 15 T series changed?

Xiaomi's new flagship introduces ''Xiaomi Offline Communication''. Essentially, the 15T and 15T Pro models can communicate with each other without a cellular network or Wi-Fi up to 1.3 km (15T) and 1.9 km (15T Pro). A useful function in remote areas, made possible by the ''Astral Communication'' system, which integrates high-performance antennas and intelligent signal management.

To guarantee a stable and adaptable connection in all circumstances, Xiaomi Astral Communication also integrates: the ''Xiaomi Surge T1S Tuner'' system, which intelligently harnesses GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and the mobile network, combined with the ''Super Antenna Array'', which combines a high-performance antenna and ''AI Smart Antenna Switching'' technology to optimise signal quality at all times.

Whether streaming, surfing or gaming, this system ensures a reliable and continuous connection.

As for the photo compartment, which historically has always been one of the hallmarks of Xiaomi's high-end phones, the collaboration with Leica is confirmed: three sensors. The 15T Pro covers focal lengths from 15 to 230 mm, with a 5x optical zoom and up to 20x digital zoom. Both models feature a 50 MP main sensor with Summilux optics and apertures up to ƒ/1.62. The Pro adopts the new 'Light Fusion 900' sensor, capable of a dynamic range of 13.5 EV. For video: 4K HDR10+ support on all lenses, with the Pro achieving 4K 120 fps and 8K 30 fps.

Technically, then, the display is 6.83-inch AMOLED, reaches 3200 nits peak brightness, refresh rate up to 144 Hz on the Pro and 120 Hz on the 15T. Both have 'Gorilla Glass 7i' protection and IP68 certification.

The battery is 5500 mAh, with fast charging at 67 W (15T) and up to 90 W wired + 50 W wireless (15T Pro).

The heart is entrusted to ''MediaTek Dimensity 9400+'' (3 nm) chips for the Pro and ''Dimensity 8400-Ultra'' (4 nm) for the 15T. Prices from €649.90 for the 15T and €799.90 for the Pro.

Xiaomi AIoT ecosystem: from home to car

Xiaomi is flanking the smartphone with a new generation of AIoT (Artificial Intelligence + Internet of Things) devices, following the 'Human × Car × Home' strategy.

The goal is to integrate smartphones, homes and mobility into a single platform. These new devices are designed to transform everyday life: from smart home cleaning and personal health monitoring to immersive audio, home security and next-generation entertainment.

The company claims over 989 million devices connected to its ecosystem (excluding smartphones and tablets).

The software infrastructure is entrusted to ''Xiaomi HyperOS 3'', which introduces advanced multitasking functions and direct connectivity between devices. The platform leverages artificial intelligence (''HyperAI'') for habit recognition and predictive power management.

Innovations include next-generation connected appliances, smart air conditioning systems and home security devices. All integrated into a single environment, controllable by smartphone or voice commands, with reduced response times and more precise automation.

Xiaomi's strength is scale: very few consumer brands have nearly a billion connected devices on a single platform.
