FS increases its sustainability-linked revolving credit facility to 4.5 billion
The maturity date remains unchanged at June 2027
Ferrovie dello Stato “has finalised the extension of its Sustainability-Linked Revolving Credit Facility, increasing the total amount from 3.5 to 4.5 billion euros, whilst keeping the maturity date of June 2027 and the lenders involved unchanged”. The increase in the amount – explains FS in a statement – “is intended to support the FS Group’s day-to-day liquidity requirements, including intra-group financing activities, and to further strengthen the flexibility of the financial structure in support of the investment plan”.
The syndicate of lenders comprises BNP Paribas, BPER, CaixaBank, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Crédit Agricole Cib, Crédit Agricole Italia, ING, Intesa Sanpaolo (IMI Cib division) and UniCredit.
