Biological examinations will be carried out in the laboratories of the Scientific Police of Milan's Fatebenefratelli Hospital, as part of the new investigation into the Garlasco murder, in which Andrea Sempio is the only suspect.
The experts commissioned by the Pavia gip, Daniela Garlaschelli, are Chief Superintendent Denise Albani and Technical Superintendent Dactyloscopist Domenico Marchigiani, both from the Milan Scientific Police.
On Thursday 12 June 2025, at 10 a.m., they will go to the provincial headquarters of the Carabinieri in Via Moscova and then, in the afternoon of the same day, to the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Pavia.
In Milan, some sixty sticky pares will be delivered, while more varied is the situation in Pavia, where various other items of evidence are stored, including mats, household items, tampons and yoghurt jars.
What are stickers
The sticky strips used by the forensic police are adhesive tape, commonly yellow and black, used to delimit and mark crime scene areas, dangerous areas or safety zones. They are used to protect areas where investigations are taking place and to warn approaching persons to keep a certain distance
