Hermès, revenues up 5% to 3.88 billion and 2025 targets confirmed
Consolidated turnover in the first nine months of the year reached EUR 11.9 billion, up 6% year-on-year
The positive trend in Hermès' results continues. In the third quarter, the French luxury group posted new revenue growth of 5% (10% at constant exchange rates) compared to the same period last year to €3.9 billion. Consolidated sales for the first nine months of the year reached €11.9 billion, up 9% at constant exchange rates and 6% at current exchange rates compared to the same period in 2024.
"In the third quarter, Hermès is staying the course, thanks to solid growth that reflects the strength of our model. We remain focused on managing uncertainties, thanks to the loyalty of our customers and the commitment of our employees," comments Axel Dumas, Executive Chairman of Hermès.
On the Paris market, the share price crashed about 2 per cent, with a negative balance since the beginning of the year of more than 4 per cent.
2025 estimates confirmed
In the medium term, despite the unstable economic, geopolitical and monetary environment, the group confirms its ambitious revenue growth target at constant exchange rates.
"Hermès faces the current phase with confidence, strengthened by an integrated craftsmanship model, a balanced distribution network, the creativity of its collections and the loyalty of its customers," reads the communiqué, which continues, "The group is pursuing its long-term development strategy, based on creativity, control of savoir-faire and distinctive communication.
