Incentives to hire disabled people, applications to Inps from today

From today, Monday 2 September and until 31 October, applications can be submitted to Inps as the implementing party for the work incentives for young people with disabilities, desired by the Ministry for Disabilities, as provided for by Law 18/2024. The measure recognises a contribution in favour of third sector entities and non-profit organisations for each person with disabilities, under the age of thirty-five, hired with an open-ended employment contract between 1 August 2020 and 30 September 2024, to carry out activities in compliance with the articles of association of these entities. The Inps message 2906 of 29 August explains how to access the incentives. Information on how to qualify, quantify and disburse the contribution will be the subject of a later Inps message.
The contribution
.The contribution is disbursed in the amount of twelve thousand euro one-off, as a contribution for the recruitment made, and in the amount of one thousand euro for each month, from the date of recruitment until 30 September 2024. In the event of interruption of the employment contract prior to 30 September 2024, the contribution is paid until the date of termination of the relationship. For recruitments to be made in the month of September 2024, the one-off contribution equal to twelve thousand euro is disbursed as well as the monthly portion for the month of recruitment.
How to apply
Applications must be submitted exclusively by employers, including through their delegated intermediaries, directly from the website www.inps.it, by authenticating with their digital identity - SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale) at least Level 2, CNS (Carta Nazionale dei Servizi) or CIE 3.0 (Carta di Identità Elettronica - Electronic Identity Card) - through the 'Two-way Communication' service, within the 'Cassetto Previdenziale del Contribuente' (Taxpayer's Social Security Drawer), which can be reached from the homepage of the institutional site using the search engine; then select the appropriate subject 'Incentivo per il lavoro delle persone con disabilità' (Incentive for the employment of disabled persons).
