BERLIN - Lenovo once again emphasises the need to democratise AI under the motto 'Smarter Technology for All'. Luca Rossi, President of the Intelligent Devices Group, emphasised the mission during the presentation of new products: to bring everyday, safe AI experiences by focusing on efficiency, productivity and personalisation. Objectives that fit well with the new strategic partnerships announced in Berlin: Formula 1 and the DreamWorks animation factory, laboratories for testing AI in high-performance scenarios.
Enterprise IT is always at the centre, thanks to AI solutions that promise to increase productivity and security. The new ISV-certified and AI-ready ThinkPad P-Series workstations lead this evolution: the redesigned ThinkPad P16 Gen 3 integrates Intel Core Ultra 200HX processors with dedicated NPU; the P1 Gen 8 combines Intel Core Ultra with Nvidia RTX Pro 2000 Blackwell GPUs. On the software front, the collaboration with Intel to help customers accelerate the adoption of on-device, secure and customised AI solutions is central. The software toolkit is called the AI Agent Pilot Program: powered by the Intel AI Assistant Builder, it promises to help organisations build and deploy secure, on-device, generative AI solutions tailored to their workflows. Also new are the ThinkPad X9 Aura Edition, Copilot+ AI PC with over 40 TOPS of power, and Smart Connect, for cross-device and tap-to-share functions. Closing the circle of innovation are two interesting prototypes: the ThinkBook VertiFlex with a 14-inch rotatable display (horizontal to vertical); and the Smart Motion Concept, a useful laptop stand with facial tracking and gesture control.
In gaming, the Legion brand renews two cornerstones, both based on Windows 11, by integrating the latest and most powerful AMD chips: the Go 2 handheld console, which incorporates some improvements based on customer feedback, and the Legion Pro 7 laptop. A package that is completed by high-performance monitors and Legion Glasses Gen 2 glasses with 3D support for immersive gaming.
For creativity debuts the Yoga Tab with PureSight Pro 3.2K display and integrated AI hybrid solutions such as SuperRes, live transcription and access to the ubiquitous Google Gemini. The Idea Tab Plus, thin and light, which in the package includes the AI Notes feature, which simplifies and refines writing and Circle to Search. There is also the lenovo FlickLift app, which enhances photos and removes backgrounds with AI.
The mobile front could not miss out, with Motorola launching the edge 60 neo with moto ai suite for photos and productivity, as well as the new moto g06 and g06 power with 50MP AI camera and Circle to Search.
