The board of directors of Lmdv Capital, Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio's investment company, has formalised a binding offer for the acquisition of a majority stake in EN - Editoriale Nazionale, which owns the daily newspapers Il Giorno, La Nazione, Il Resto del Carlino and QN. The board of directors of Monrif, which controls Editoriale Nazionale, resolved to proceed with the formalisation of the transaction. This was stated in a note.
