Milan-Cortina: 85 beds in the Olympic Village reserved for Enpam students

Enpam, through the 'Quadrifoglio' programme, provides financial support to help students, children of Enpam members, cover the cost of tuition fees at merit colleges recognised by MIUR. The Enpam call for applications requires applicants to be enrolled in the Foundation, to be in order with their contributions, and to have a family income within a certain limit, revalued on the basis of the number of family members and the presence of disabled people.

Added to this range of possibilities today is the offer of part of the 1,700 beds in the Olympic Village, built in Milan to host athletes participating in the winter games, which will be reserved for the children of doctors and dentists and university students already registered with Enpam.

At the end of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, in fact, the Olympic Village is to be converted into a modern student housing facility that will accommodate students enrolled at a Milanese university from next academic year.

The right of pre-emption, on at least 85 places in the Villaggio Olimpico student residence, reserved for the Medical Board, may be exercised both by the children of Enpam-registered doctors and dentists, and by medical and dental students in their 5th and 6th year who have enrolled with their Medical Board. In addition, the right of pre-emption may also be considered valid for Medicine and Dentistry students currently enrolled in the 4th year who, by the beginning of the 2026-2027 academic year, will formalise their enrolment in Enpam.

Enpam, in fact, is the only social security body in Italia that allows university students to enrol as early as the 5th and 6th year. With the introduction of an important social security regulation, Enpam has in fact allowed students in their fifth and sixth year and those fuori corso di Medicina e Odontoiatria (fuori corso di Medicina e Odontoiatria) to voluntarily enrol in the Enpam for doctors and dentists, with the accrual of years of contribution seniority useful for social security purposes. In fact, future doctors and dentists will no longer have to wait for their professional qualification in order to have social security and welfare coverage, but will be able to enrol in Enpam as early as their fifth year.
