The new Kia Sportage, apart from a style that changes substantially at the front, increases in length by just 25 mm, while confirming the original layout inside, albeit with modifications. It is currently available with three engines: 1.6 T-GDi turbo petrol with 150 bhp, 10 bhp less than the 1.6 on the previous model, 1.6 CRDi turbodiesel with 136 bhp and 1.6 T-GDi HEV hybrid with 239 bhp compared to 215 bhp before. 6-speed manual transmission or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic for the petrol and mild-hybrid turbodiesel, 6-speed dual-clutch automatic only for the hybrid Sportage. Front-wheel drive for the petrol and mild-hybrid turbodiesel Sportage, front or AWD all-wheel drive for the hybrid Sportage HEV. At a later stage the engine range will be complemented by the plug-in hybrid powertrain combined with front-wheel drive, and again the increasingly popular bifuel version with petrol as well as LPG.

The range includes four trim levels: Business, which is the basic one, Style, GT-line and GT-line Plus. prices start from 33,500 euros for Sportage petrol 1.6 T-GDi with manual transmission and Business trim. For the Sportage turbodiesel 1.6 CRDi MHEV, prices start at 36,000 euros for the Business version with manual transmission. With the same engine and equipment, the automatic transmission comes with a €2,000 surcharge compared to the Sportage with manual transmission. The Business trim offers, as standard, 17-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, Drive Mode Select, Smart Key with push-button start, instrument cluster with 4.2-inch display, infotainment system with 12.3-inch touch screen, satellite navigation, one year's free map update, front and rear USB port, parking sensors both front and rear, and rearview camera with dynamic guidelines.
Prices of Kia Sportage Style versions
.The Style trim is priced from €36,250 for the Sportage 1.6 T-GDi petrol with manual transmission, from €38,750 for the Sportage 1.6 CRDi with manual transmission and from €40,750 for the Sportage 1.6 T-GDi HEV hybrid. Compared to the Business trim, Style offers much more: as standard, among other things, it offers 18-inch alloy wheels, metallic or pearlised paint, tinted rear windows, a digital instrument cluster with a 12.3-inch display, electric lumbar support for the driver's seat and a wireless smartphone charging compartment.
How much do GT-line and GT-line Plus cost
.The GT-line and GT-line Plus trims are only available in combination with the Sportage 1.6 CRDi MHEV with automatic transmission and the 1.6 T-GDi HEV hybrid, with prices starting at €43,500 for the GT-line Sportage 1.6 CRDi MHEV DCT7 and €43,250 for the Sportage 1.6 T-GDi HEV. Compared to the Style, the GT-line also offers 19-inch alloy wheels, a high-glossy black front grille, full-LED headlights with intelligent headlamp beam, an electric tailgate, tri-zone automatic climate control, Digital Key 2.0, electrically adjustable front seats, a height-adjustable front passenger seat and heated front and rear seats and a heated steering wheel.
The top of the range is the GT-line Plus trim
.The GT-line Plus trim is available from 46,250 euros for the Sportage 1.6 CRDi DCT7 and 46,000 euros for the Sportage 1.6 T-GDi HEV. Compared to the Sportage GT-line, the GT-line Plus trim comes as standard with an electrically opening panoramic sunroof, a Harman Kardon premium audio system and the 360-degree Surround View Monitor with 3D view for a view of the surroundings when parking and also when driving at speeds below 20 km/h.
