The Ministry of Economy and Finance has filed the list for the renewal of Poste Italiane's corporate bodies. At the Shareholders' Meeting of Poste Italiane called for 27 April, the list delivered by the Mef - holder of 29.26% of the capital and through Cassa Depositi e Prestiti of a further 35% - envisages - the Treasury indicates - a board of directors made up of the following members: Silvia Rovere (chairman), Matteo del Fante (managing director), Wanda Ternau, Salvatore Muscarella (director), Francesco Scacchi (director), Olga Cuccurullo (director). The MEF 'wishes the new members well in their work and thanks the outgoing members for their work'.
