Psychologists, Enpap assets rise to 2.96 billion (+13.3%)
Contribution revenue reached EUR 302.7 million (+15.25%) also thanks to a 6% increase in average incomes of the category
Enpap, the pension institution for psychologists, closes its 2025 budget with a surplus of over 32.4 million and assets that, thanks to an increase of 348 million, rise to 2.96 billion, 13.3% more than in 2024.
Members
The total number of registered members is 112,595, of which 93,521 active positions grew by 7.12% in one year. The female component remains prevalent and accounts for 83.71% of the members. In 2025, 7,883 pensions worth a total of 28 million euro will be in payment.
Welfare
Investment in welfare policies increased by 18.2 per cent, reaching 30 million for the first time: over 18 million for interventions relatedto maternity and 8.66 million for supplementary healthcare; new welfare measures were dedicated to work-life balance, professional support and training.
Contributions
Contribution revenue reached 302.7 million euro, an increase of over 40 million compared to 2024 (+15.25%). All contribution components grew: subjective (+14.89%), supplementary (+14.45%) and maternity (+26.59%), also supported by the increase of over 6% in average professional incomes. Operating costs amounted to 10.3 million euros, accounting for only 20.89% of the estimated supplementary contribution income. The Subjective Contribution Fund exceeds 2.67 billion euros, while the Pension Account Fund reaches 407.5 million euros.
Financial Management and Operating Results
The Enpap portfolio closed the financial year with a gross return of 4.29% and a net return of 3.36%, for a total financial result of 334 million. The financial year was also characterised by other components: in addition to the overall surplus, there were 5.9 million euro from penalties and interest, 5.2 million from the contribution management of previous years, and an extra return of 220,000 euro.
