"In particular, at the basis of the strike - explains the CGIL Transport Federation - there are, among other reasons, the review of the economic treatment, applied to employees, without any prior consultation or agreement with the trade unions representing the employees themselves, the protection of the health and safety of workers with the need to develop transparent ways of confrontation with the workers' representatives and, more closely related to the delicate international geopolitical situation, the conditions and methods of management of flights to and from Tel Aviv". "The strike, proclaimed following the negative closure of the cooling phase - Filt CGIL finally states - will be held in compliance with the provisions of the law".
