Candidates who have been declared successful and have fulfilled the required documentation are taken on, subject to the signing of an individual employment contract for an indefinite period of time, and are required to remain in their place of first assignment for a period of no less than five years
The written tests of the Agenzia delle Entrate's call for applications for 2,700 officials are now underway. The call for applications concerns the legal-tax area and those selected will be assigned to carry out activities related to control and tax services. The procedure provides for a single written test. The tests will be held on 29, 30 and 31 October 2025. Any candidate who does not appear on the set day, place and time is excluded from the test. To be admitted to the test, candidates must be in possession of a valid identification document.
The subjects of the written test
The examination test consists of a series of multiple-choice questions aimed at ascertaining knowledge in the following subjects: tax law and elements of tax theory; civil and commercial law; European Union law; administrative law; company accounting; bankruptcy law and corporate crisis and insolvency law; elements of criminal law, with particular reference to offences against the public administration and tax offences. During the written test, English language and knowledge of the use of the most commonly used IT equipment and applications are also assessed. The test is evaluated in thirtieths and is considered passed with a score of 21/30.
The conditions of use
Candidates who have been declared winners and have complied with the required documentation are taken on, subject to the signing of an individual employment contract for an indefinite period of time, and are required to remain in the first place of employment for a period of no less than five years. Newly recruited candidates are granted the salary corresponding to the Civil Service Area, with an initial differential of 'D0', as provided for by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Central Functions sector - 2022-2024. As regards the geographical location of the posts, the first places in the ranking of regions are Lombardy (555), Lazio (463) and, at a distance, Puglia and Sicily (165 places each) followed by Emilia Romagna (160) and Piedmont (158). Candidates must choose only one place, under penalty of exclusion, whether central, regional or provincial.
