There are more than 97,367 candidates in the public competition announced by the Agenzia delle Entrate for the recruitment of approximately 2,700 officials to be employed throughout Italy (the deadline for submitting applications expired on 11 August). The call for applications concerns the legal-tax area and those selected will be assigned to carry out activities related to control and tax services. The procedure involves a single written test, the details of which will be published on 9 September on the Agenzia delle Entrate website and on the InPA portal. The tests should take place by the end of October.
The subjects of the written test
.The examination consists of a series of multiple-choice questions aimed at ascertaining knowledge in the following subjects: tax law and elements of tax theory; civil and commercial law; European Union law; administrative law; company accounting; bankruptcy law and corporate crisis and insolvency; elements of criminal law, with particular reference to offences against the public administration and tax offences. During the written test, English language and knowledge of the use of the most widely used IT equipment and applications are also assessed. The test is graded in thirtieths and is considered passed with a score of 21/30.
The conditions of use
.Candidates who have been declared winners and have fulfilled the required documentation are taken on, subject to the signing of an individual employment contract for an indefinite period of time, and are required to remain in their place of first assignment for a period of no less than five years. The new recruits are assigned the salary corresponding to the Civil Service Area, with an initial differential of "D0", as provided for by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Central Functions sector - period 2022-2024.
