Lina Souloukou was born in Larissa, Greece in 1983. Studies in Law with a specialisation in Sports Law with also a Master's degree in Sports Law and Management at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, she has been in football for 16 years. In 2016 she joined Olympiacos as Head of Institutional and Legal Affairs and about a year later was promoted to General Manager, before also being appointed CEO, a role she held from 2018 until June 2022. She was appointed CEO of Roma on 18 April 2023.
