Sanremo 2026 in the charts: most listened to, most broadcast and most pushed by the media
The Festival effect on the Fimi Niq record charts, on the Earone charts of the most played songs on the radios and on the Italian media
For the sixth year in a row Sanremo makes the en plein in the top ten of the Fimi Niq charts: with one week to go, the Festival 2026 monopolises the top 10 singles, starting with a podium that sees Samurai Jay in first place with Ossessione (17th in the Festival chart), in second place the winner of the kermesse Sal Da Vinci with Per sempre sì and in third Sayf with Tu mi piaci tanto. All 16 of the top 16 positions in the Fimi Niq chart, 19 of the top 20 positions, 28 of the top 30.
Here are the top 10 singles of Fimi Niq
1) Samurai Jay, Ossessione
2) Sal Da Vinci, Per sempre sì
3) Sayf, Tu mi piaci tanto
4) Ditonellapiaga, Che fastidio!
5) Fedez & Masini, Male necessario
6) Fulminacci, Stupida Sfortuna
7) Lda & Aka 7even, Poesie clandestine
8) Luchè, Labirinto
9) Arisa, Magica favola
10) Nayt, Prima che
In the age of streaming, participation in Sanremo does not necessarily coincide with the release of an album. And the Fimi Niq album chart records the phenomenon: on the podium are still Anche gli eroi muoiono by Kid Yugi, Tutto è possibile by Geolier and Tutta vita (sempre) by last year's winner Olly. To find a trace of this year's Festival we have to go down to fifth position with Il mio lato peggiore by Luchè, an album in the charts for 42 weeks. The Sanremo 2026 compilation is sixth, then there is at seventh Vital Functions by Ermal Meta and at tenth Don't Look Down Anymore by Thirteen Peter. The Sanremo compilation and Ermal Meta's album are therefore first and second in the CD, vinyl and cassette charts.
There are streaming and radio ratings. Next to the Fimi Niq chart, in fact, there is the Earone chart of the most played radio tracks. Here the balances are determined by editorial choices, rather than listener behaviour - more or less playlist-induced - as is the case with streaming. Earone's podium sees on the top step Che fastidio! by Ditonellapiaga, ahead of Male necessario by Fedez & Masini and I romantici by Tommaso Paradiso. Sanremo occupies the top eight positions, for a total of 12 positions among the top 20 and 32 among the top 50 (in addition to the 30 songs of the Big, there are the winner of the New Proposals Nicolò Filippucci and the semi-finalists Blind, EL MA, Soniko).
