Stellantis: outperforms the market in June, registrations up 23% to 40,061; up 15.8% over six months
Excluding Leapmotor, up 13.8% in June, outperforming the market; market share rises
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - , 1 July – Following the upturn recorded between December and May, Stellantis’s strong sales momentum continues, with the group once again outperforming the market as a whole in June (+10.59%). Last month, the group – including figures from Leapmotor – recorded 40,061 registrations, up 23% on the 32,571 units registered in the same month of 2025. In May, they had grown by 9.9 per cent. Even excluding Leapmotor, the group outperformed the market: without the Chinese brand’s cars, registration growth stood at 13.8 per cent (36,695 units registered).
In June, Stellantis held a 27.3% share of the Italian market, compared with 24.6% in the same month of 2025 (excluding Leapmotor: 25%). In the first six months of the year, Stellantis registered 290,218 cars, an increase of 15.8% compared with the same period last year (250,654 cars were registered between January and June 2025) and, once again, this outperformed the market as a whole, which grew by 9.58 per cent. Over the six-month period, the market share stood at 30.9 per cent (up from 29.3 per cent). These are the car registration figures compiled by Stellantis based on Dataforce data.
