Among the 10 new products Sym has in store for 2026 is a maxi scooter equipped with a 508 cc twin-cylinder engine with 45.6 hp, a 16-litre fuel tank and a motorbike chassis. Intended for big trips, the new Sym has an electrically adjustable windscreen, heated grips (four levels of intensity), and a considerable load capacity: 37 litres under the saddle plus the standard side bags (14.4 and 13.6 litres), to which is added a top case on the luggage rack; there is also a front compartment with Usb socket. The riding position is natural, with the seat at 780 mm from the ground and backrest adjustable to three positions. Standard equipment includes an electronic ride-by-wire throttle with cruise control, three riding modes, with different degrees of traction control intervention, and cornering Abs. The instrumentation is a 7-inch Tft touch compatible with Apple CarPlay.
